“We do everything together”: Juergen Teller and wife Dovile Drizyte unveil the next chapter of their artistic partnership

By Erica Rana

In Guten Morgen Sonnenschein, the famed photographer and his wife offer a glimpse into the “positivity, warm and playful inventiveness” of their collaborative partnership.

Juergen Teller and Dovile Drizyte have a relationship that spans eight and a half years. Over those years, the pair have worked on countless creative projects, including their playful photography book The Myth and a photo series depicting David Bailey’s renowned Kings Cross loft studio. Personally, the pair made their partnership official by tying the knot in 2021.

Now, the couple are unveiling the next chapter in their partnership. Guten Morgen Sonnenschein – translating to Good Morning Sunshine – offers a glimpse into the pair’s most dynamic creative moments. Showing at CFA Berlin, the exhibition features everything from a shot of their simple morning ritual of making a morning coffee to 2025’s Symposium of Love, which details the intertwined nature of their professional and personal lives. Elsewhere, Juergen’s imagery of Kate Moss, footballer Michael Olise, and the pair’s daughter Iggy Teller can be enjoyed.

“We do everything together, from the morning to the evening… Even our thinking becomes very, very similar. I wanted this idea of our two bodies morphing into each other,” says Teller on further imagery featured, capturing their naked bodies morphing into a single “mythical creature”.

Running until August 29th 2026, the exhibition promises to be a celebration of love, life and creative partnership for one of photography’s ultimate power couples.
